How to archive Inactive Demands. Archiving demands preserve demand history without counting the demand as part of the firm's settlement numbers. The demand will also no longer show on the Settlement Management screen.
NOTE: This can only be done by a firm administrator or by someone with the User Can Archive Demands permission.
- Navigate to the Settlement Tab.
- Locate the demand to archive.
- Click on the dropdown arrow.
- Select Archive.
- The demand will be archived. It will still be visible on the settlement tab, however offers cannot be added to it.
