Activate the Mailchimp Integration

How to connect your Mailchimp account with CASEpeer.

• Log into your Mailchimp account.
• Click on your account name at the bottom left of the page. 
• Select Profile.

• Click Extras and select API keys.

• If you do not have any existing API keys, click the Create a Key button. 
• Under the Label column, click on None Set.
• Name the label to CASEpeer.
• Copy the key under the API key column. 
• If you have an active API key, you can use the existing key.

• Log into your CASEpeer account. 
• Navigate to the  Icon in the top right corner of your account and select Account Settings.

• Scroll down to Integrations.
• Under Mailchimp, click the Activate button.

• A pop-up will appear requesting the User ID and the API key. 
• Enter your Mailchimp User ID and the API Key you just copied from Mailchimp.
• The Mailchimp integration has been activated, now, MailChimp Audiences can be managed from each case.
