This can be helpful for someone who has too many CASEplan tasks or needs to start fresh with their task list.
- NOTE: This can only be done by a firm administrator and this cannot undo this action.
- Navigate to the
Icon in the top right corner of your account and select Users.
- Below, you will see a list of your firm's users.
- Find the user you are deleting tasks for.
- Click on the drop-down arrow on the right-hand side of that user's row.
- Select Delete Tasks.
- A pop-up window will appear that says Delete All Tasks.
- It will ask you if you are sure that you want to delete all tasks.
- Click continue on the bottom right-hand side of the pop-up window.
- The user's tasks will be permanently deleted.
