How Often Do I Receive Statute Message Reminders?

If you are assigned as a case manager, primary contact, lead attorney or supervising attorney on a case or set to receive statute reminders on all cases under account settings you'll receive digest of your pending statutes starting 150 days before the statute of limitations tolls. If no cases meet the criteria below, a digest will not be sent that day.

Reminder Notifications will come to your message box in CASEpeer the following number of days before a statute - to view ALL statutes please use the Statute Report.
