Locate a User's Username

How to look up or verify a user's username.

• NOTE: This can only be done by a firm administrator. Usernames are case-sensitive.
• Navigate to the  Icon in the top right corner of your account and select Users.
  
  
• Locate the name of the user and their username will be in the second column.
