Follow these steps to ensure incoming text messages show up in the correct file.
- Navigate to the original case.
- Opt-out the original case from receiving text messages.
- Navigate to the new case.
- Opt-in the new case to receive text messages.
- The client's incoming text messages will now show up in the new case file.
Note: If a client has more than one open case, only one case can be opted in for text.
