How to activate the case status Integration.
NOTE: This can only be done by a firm administrator or someone with the administration settings page access advanced permission.
- Navigate to the Icon in the top right corner of your account and select Account Settings.
- Scroll down to the Integration section and locate case status.
- Click Activate.
- A pop-up window will appear.
- You MUST click Save after copying the API key or it will reset.
- Send the Key to your case status representative.
- Enter the API key your case status representative provides.
- Click Save.
- The integration is now active.
