A firm may get the message CP not secure, 403 error, or a Connection is not Private message. This is typically a network issue and we recommend utilizing your IT team. It's possible for another site to function as expected and experience an issue loading CASEpeer.
- Logging in from outside of the country.
- Provide your IP address and we can whitelist it.
- Over-reactive Firewall.
- AVG VPN is blocking CASEpeer. Their certificate could show as issued by AVG instead of AWS.
- Solution - turn off VPN.
- The DNS needs updated, either hardcoded machine by machine or the router - they can check this by logging into CP at home or on their phone while it's not connected to wifi.
- Switch it to Google's DNS.
8.8.8.8 and backup of 1.1.1.1
