How to activate two-factor authentication, once enabled all users will be required to use 2FA.
- NOTE: This can only be done by a firm administrator.
- Navigate to the
Icon in the top right corner of your account and select Account Settings.
- Click the bolded SETTINGS option.
- A pop-up window will appear. Scroll down to the bottom of the pop-up.
- Toggle the button Two Factor Enabled to On.
- Click Save.
- Two-factor authentication is now enabled for the firm.
