How to activate the Kenect integration.
NOTE: You must have Firm Administrative or Account Setting permissions to activate this integration.
- Navigate to the Icon in the top right corner of your account.
- Select Account Settings.
- Scroll to the Integrations section and locate the Kenect integration.
- Click Activate.
- Provide your Kenect representative with the CASEpeer API key and Office Id.
- Click Save.
- Once Kenect has entered the API details the integration will be activated.
