How to add Intake Portal access to a CASEpeer user.
NOTE: This can only be done by a firm administrator and the investigator must be added as a User to the account.
- Navigate to the Icon in the top right corner of your account and select Users.
- Find the user you want to edit using the search box or scrolling.
- Click on the arrow at the end of the user row.
- Select Edit User.
- A pop-up window will appear.
- Click into the Permission Group field to add the Intake Portal permission group
- Click Save.
- The user will also need the Investigator Worker menu filter to be assigned to new packets.
- From the User Management screen, scroll or use the search bar to find the user.
- Select Menu Filters from the drop-down arrow.
- Select Add for Investigator and select Done.
- The user will now have Intake Portal page access.
