Manage Intake Packets from Intake Management

Utilize the various tabs on the Intake Management Screen to streamline the firm's intake process.

• Navigate to the Management Tab.
• Select Intake from the options.

• Packet Pending: Shows cases with Intake Packets assigned to a worker or Investigator in a Packet Pending Case status. View details such as when the packet was assigned. 

• • Cancel a Packet: This action prevents the Investigator from accessing it and will remove it from your database.

• Packet Review: After an investigator completes the intake packet, it is transferred to the Packet Review section and assigned to the intake worker for the final review. This tab displays packets that require review by the intake worker. By selecting the drop-down menu on a case, you can perform the following functions:

• • Review Packet: This action will take the intake worker to the Intake Portal to Return the Packet or finalize and Process to Case.
  • The user also has the option to select Cancel Packet.

• Once a packet has been reviewed and processed into a case, the intake packet will appear on the Intake Management screen under Packet Review with Reviewed in the Intake Packet Column.
