Restrict Investigator Portal Access

In-house and out-of-house investigators can both access the Intake Portal. A firm administrator has the ability to restrict the investigator to Intake Portal access only. These users will not be able to log into firm cases. This can be managed by a firm administrator or someone with the Manage Firm Users permission. 

• Navigate to the  Icon in the top right corner of your account and select Account Settings.

• Find the user whose permissions you want to manage by using the search box or scrolling.

• Click on the arrow at the end of the user row and select Advanced Permissions. 

• Check the box "Restrict to Intake Portal."

The investigator will now only have access to the Intake Portal.
