Delete a Photo

How to delete a photo from a case.

Note: You must have the permission, 'User can delete photos.'

Need to delete multiple photos? Here's how.

• Go to the Photos Tab in the open case.

• Hover your cursor over the photo you want to delete.
• An arrow will appear in the corner of that photo.
• Click on the arrow.
• Choose Delete from the drop-down menu.

• A pop-up window with a warning will appear.
• Click Delete.

• The photo will be permanently deleted.
