How to add an existing Dropbox folder to a case.
- Navigate to the Documents Tab of a case.
- A red banner will display at the top of the page that says The Dropbox directory for (Client Name) cannot be located. This occurs if the Dropbox folder for the case was moved, renamed, or not yet created.
- Click Connect on the right side of the red banner.
- A pop-up window will appear to choose a Dropbox folder for the case to connect to.
- If there is already an existing folder in Dropbox, click on the dropdown menu to search for the existing folder.
- If a new folder must be created for this case, select the New Folder Name option on the right, this will create a new folder using the default folder naming convention: /Last Name, First Name – MM-DD-YYYY.
- Once the folder has been selected or created, click Save.
- The case will now be connected to Dropbox.
