How to upload documents to a case's Dropbox folder.
- Navigate to the Documents Tab of the case.
- If your CASEpeer account is connected to Dropbox and the case is already connected to a folder, the Documents Tab will open on the Dropbox section.
- To connect a case to an existing Dropbox folder follow the instructions here.
- Click on the folder or subfolder within the Client's Dropbox folder you would like to upload the file(s) to.
- Click Upload.
- A pop-up window will appear.
- Choose the files (up to 20 at a time) to upload.
- Click Upload.
- The documents will now appear in the appropriate Dropbox folder.
