How to create a new Dropbox folder for a case.
- Navigate to the Documents Tab of the case.
- A red banner will display at the top of the page, “The Dropbox directory for (Client Name) cannot be located.”
- Click Connect on the right side of the red banner.
- By default, CASEpeer will create a new folder using the default folder naming convention: “/Last Name, First Name – MM-DD-YYYY.”
- To create a new folder in Dropbox with a custom name, click New Folder Name and type the custom name in the field.
- Click Save.
- The folder has now been created in Dropbox and linked to the case in CASEpeer.
