Link a Case With an Existing Case

How to link two or more cases in CASEpeer. This can also referred to as a companion case. 

• Navigate to the Home Tab of any case.
• Select the dark green dropdown arrow on the right-hand side of the screen.

• Select Link Existing Case.  
• A pop-up window will appear. Type in the name of the other client that you want to link to the case you are currently in.
• Click Search.
• Search results will appear. Locate the correct case and select Link. 

• The name(s) of the linked case will appear at the top of the case.
