How to add another case for a client that have more than one case.
- Using the search bar on the top of the page, search for the client you want to add a new case to.
- Locate the client you want to add a new case to.
- Click the arrow at the end of the desired client’s row.
- Select New Case from the drop-down menu.
- A new tab will open the Add New Case window.
- Fill the information out as usual. The client's existing information will be filled in already.
- Click Save in the bottom right corner.
- You have added the new case to the existing client.
