How to indicate a case has been rejected by the firm.
From intake
- Collect case data - name, date of injury, and phone number at minimum.
- Click Reject.
- A prompt will appear asking to provide a reason for rejecting the case. This information will appear on the Rejected Cases Report.
- Choose the reason from the drop-down menu and click Save.
- To see the rejected case, navigate to the Reports Tab in the main menu and select Rejected Cases.
From Intake Management
- Navigate to the Management Tab under the main menu.
- Select Intake.
- Search for the desired case, you can also filter by intake worker using the drop-down menu next to the search box.
- Select the arrow at the end of that case row and click Reject.
- Choose the reason for rejecting the case from the drop-down menu and click Save.
- To see the rejected cases navigate to the Reports Tab in the main menu and select Rejected Cases.
From the case
- Click the three lines icon next to the case status at the top right of the page.
- Select Rejected from status drop down menu.
- The case status on the top right of the page will change to Rejected.
