Who Gets the Notifications When a Client Texts Back to a Message Sent From CASEpeer?

You can customize who in the firm gets notified when a client sends a text. The text alerts will appear under the mobile phone icon in the upper right corner of CASEpeer.

NOTE: The worker must be an assigned worker on a case to receive text message notifications.
