Here is how to customize who receives the text notifications.
- NOTE: This can only be done by a Firm Administrator or someone with the permission of Administration Settings Page Access
- Navigate to the Icon in the top right corner of your account and select Account Settings.
- Click the dropdown arrow in line with the settings bar, and click Edit.
- A pop-up window will appear.
- Go to the box under the client texts section.
- The Primary Contact will appear as default to receive client texts.
- Click into the box to add additional worker roles to receive client texts.
- Click Save. Now those worker roles will receive text notifications.
