Edit a Recording or Video Details

How to edit a recording or video type, description, or file name.

• Navigate to the Recording Tab in the open case.

• Locate the recording you would like to edit.
• Click the dropdown arrow in line with the upload and select Edit. 

• A pop-up window will appear on the page.

• Update the recording or video details you want to change.
• Click Save.
• The changes will be reflected on the Recordings Tab.
