Download a Recording or Video

How to download a previously uploaded recording or video. 

• Navigate to the Recordings Tab in the open case.
• Locate the recording you would like to download.
• Click the dropdown arrow in line with the upload.
• Select Download.

• The recording or video will begin to download to your computer's download folder.
