Save a Recording or Video

How to upload recordings and videos to a case.

• Navigate to the Recordings Tab in the open case.
• Click the Upload.

• A pop-up window will appear on the page.
• Drag the selected recordings or videos into the pop-up window or click Drop files here to upload to browse for a file. 
• Add in a description, recording type, and file name.
• Click Save.

• The recordings(s) and or video(s) will appear on the page.
• NOTE: The maximum file size that can be uploaded to CASEpeer is 550 MB.
