How to revoke access to the client portal on a case.
- NOTE: This can only be done by a firm administrator, or a user with the “User Can Create Client Portal” advanced permission.
- Navigate to any tab of a case.

- Click on the dropdown arrow.


- A pop-up window will appear.
- Click Deactivate.

- Another pop-up window will appear to confirm deactivation.
- Click Deactivate.

- The client will no longer have access to their portal.
