Activate / Reactivate Client Portal
How to reactivate a client's access to their Client Portal.
- NOTE: This can only be done by a firm administrator, or a user with the “User Can Create Client Portal” advanced permission.
- Navigate to any tab of the case.
- Click on the dropdown arrow.
- A pop-up window will appear.
- Select Client's email address.
- The Client Portal will be activated/reactivated.
