How Do I Create Health Provider Contacts With Various Locations/Divisions?

Often times larger Medical Provider companies will have multiple offices across various locations. When adding these as contacts in CASEpeer, whether creating them from the Contact Directory or on a case by case basis, each office location should be added as it's own unique contact. For example, "Kaiser Permanente - Los Angeles" and "Kaiser Permanente - Miami" should be created as two separate contacts. This helps to keep reporting and contact history as accurate as possible.
