Where Can I Find Contact History?

How to view contact history for an adjuster, attorney, expert witness, health insurance, plaintiff insurance, defendant insurance, judge, and law firm contacts.

• Navigate to the Contact Directory, located under the Management Tab under the Home Icon on the left-hand side of your account. 

• Filter the report by the type of contact.
• Navigate to the drop-down arrow in line with that contact and select View History. 

• From here, you will see a list of all the cases that contact has been saved to in CASEpeer. 
• Contact History can also be viewed on a case with the contact.
