How do I Track Doctor that is Part of a Larger Organization?

How should I track a doctor that is part of a large provider organization? 

We recommend tracking physicians who are a part of a larger organization in the Note section of the Provider Contact. Then, you can notate which doctor your client visited in the Treatment Description for that provider for that case.
