Search Case Notes

How to search through case notes for specific information.

From any tab of the case

• Navigate to the Case Notes Section on the right-hand side of the screen. If you are using a smaller screen, the notes may be at the bottom of the page. 

• Type the desired information in the search bar at the top of the notes. 

• The notes will auto-filter based on the details typed. 

From the Notes Tab

• Navigate to the Notes Tab of a case.

• Search through notes using the search bar and filters at the top of the page.

• Notes with matching content will automatically filter.

From the Notes Report

• Navigate to the Notes Report.

• Search through notes using the search bar and filters at the top of the page.

• Notes with matching content will automatically filter.
