Publish a Note Draft

How to publish a note draft. A note can be saved as a draft at any time and finished at a later date. This can be helpful to preserve notes, if there's an issue with your browser or you get pulled to another task or call. Note Drafts can be published from either the Notes Tab of a case or Note Drafts Management.

From the Notes Tab

• Navigate to the Notes Tab of a case. 

• Select Draft.
• You'll be redirected to Notes Drafts Management screen.

• Or, navigate directly to the Note Drafts Management screen.

• Find the note you would like to publish.
• Select Publish. 

• The Note will now be saved to the Notes Tab of the case.
