How to add categories, reviewers, and a description to OneDrive Documents.
- Navigate to the Documents Tab of the case.
- Locate the document that needs to be updated.
- Click on the dropdown arrow in line with the document and select Edit.
- A pop-up window will appear showing the document and options to add categories, reviewers, a description, and update the document name.
- Make the appropriate changes for the document and click Save.
