Where can the Root Folder be selected after deactivating and reactivating the integration?
If the OneDrive Integration has been deactivated and reactivated:
- Navigate to the Documents Tab of any open case.
- A pop-up will appear.
- Select the Root Folder from OneDrive in the dropdown menu.
- Click Save.
Now, individual cases can be connected to their respective subfolder in OneDrive. Here is how to connect an existing case folder.
Can a Shared Folder be connected to CASEpeer via the OneDrive Integration?
The Shared Folder must be accessible within OneDrive in order to connect to CASEpeer. If the Shared Folder is saved outside of OneDrive, the Shared Folder must be moved into OneDrive as a Root Folder.
NOTE: To test if a Shared Folder is accessible in OneDrive, log in to the Browser Version of OneDrive and check if the Shared Folder appears in your OneDrive.
