Disconnect a Case Folder in OneDrive

How to disconnect a case folder that's been linked using the OneDrive Integration. This can be helpful if the incorrect folder was originally linked. 

• Navigate to the Documents Tab of the case. 
• Click Disconnect. 

• A pop-up window will appear confirming that you'd like to disconnect the folder.
• Click Submit. 

• The folder will now be disconnected.
