How to add the CASEpeer Add-in to Outlook to quickly save emails and attachments to a case.
- Navigate to your Outlook email installed on your computer, rather than the browser.
- The Get Add-ins should be visible in your Outlook Ribbon - reach out to Microsoft for assistance if the icon is greyed out or missing.
- Click Get Add-ins.
- Click My Add-ins.
- Click Add a Custom Add-in and select Add from file.
- Download and attach this file, where the download saves will depend on your computer's settings.
- Accept the warning.
- Log in with your CASEpeer credentials.
- Pin to your sidebar, click the pushpin on upper right corner of the side bar.
- The CASEpeer Add-in can now be used to easily save emails to your cases.
