How to send an email from your Outlook and save it to the Notes Tab of the case. Email metadata such as the to, from, title, and time, and any attachments will also be saved.
- Search for the case name.
- Click New Email.
- A new email will open with the case code in the bcc field.
- Compose and send the email, which will save to the Notes Tab of the case.
- Any attachments will automatically save to the Documents Tab of the case.
NOTE: Emails must be sent from the same email associated with your CASEpeer account in User Settings.
