NOTE: Only firm administrators or users with the "User Can Send SMS Messages" permission can text clients.
- Please make sure you Activate Client Texting and Opt-In the Client for Texting.
- Navigate to the case of the client you want to text.
- In the upper left corner of the case, next to the client's name, click the small mobile phone icon, or go to the dropdown menu in the upper right of the case and select Text Client.
- If you don't see this, you'll need to opt-in clients for text messaging.
- A pop-up window with your text message history will appear.
- Type your message. When it is ready to send, click Send.
- Your text will be sent.
