Can Videos be texted into CASEpeer?

Videos can be texted into CASEpeer and will automatically be saved in the Recordings Tab of a case. 

• Navigate to the Recordings Tab.
• Select the Download File to download the file to view. 

Videos can also be downloaded and viewed in the Text Message history.

• Navigate to the text messaging history.

• Select the hyperlink to download the video.

Note: To guarantee full resolution, we recommend having the client email the video.
