When a client's phone number is changed in CASEpeer, the texting history with the previous number is preserved.
- To view the old texting history, the client's new phone number must be opted-in for Client Texting. Here's how to opt-in a client's phone number for texting.
- Once the new phone number has been opted-in, click on the small Phone Icon next to the client's name or select Text Client from the dark green dropdown to view all text history.
