Export Client Text Messages

How to export the text message history of a case.

• Navigate to the case.

• Click on the phone icon and a pop-up window will appear showing the current text message thread with the client.
• Click the arrow icon in the upper right-hand corner of the pop-up to initiate the export.
• The export will download based on your computer's download settings. 

• The export will include the following:
  • message type 
  • message content
  • client's name
  • date and time of each message
  • who the message was sent by
